Nice, clean, comfortable rooms and bathroom, perfect inside swimming pool, nice garden.Polite staff. Very nice, sandy, private beach (10 minutes by car or shuttle bus) with free sunbeds, bar. The water is clean, warm and shallow.
Tecno parties till midnight almost every day, as an "animation". The kitchen is collapsing every morning in weekend. The continentel breakfast is poor: only sweet ready-made cakes and croissants from a supermarket, awful coffeee (in Italy!!), no vegetables, no choice of cheeses. No fitness room.

The rooms are big.
No WIFI in the rooms!!! Internet on the reception is very slow. The Hotel situated In the middle of nowhere, there is nothing around. To have a dinner you need to book it in advance, so be ready to stay hungry on the day of your arrival. We check in at 8 pm & couldn't eat in the restaurant. We travel all day with our young kid & when we asked for dinner girl on reception told us that according to the hotel police we should book 1 day before! there is nothing around the hotel, we had to drive 15 km to the nearest town to feed our son. Take a note that check in time is 4 pm & check out is 10 am. 50 euro for late check out!

My weekend getaway had an incredible view! The surroundings were green and the air was fresh. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating during my stay. Not to mention, the hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and local restaurants which made exploring the area even more enjoyable!
There were a few things that I disliked during my stay. The room was a bit outdated and some of the amenities were not up to par.

Nice pool. Nice room.
Very rude staff. I actually saw and hear them yell at clients, waiters didn't do a good job at all, front desk staff left you waiting for a long time, while chatting or arguing with clients/eachother.Location is terrible: in the middle of nowhere, nothing to see, nothing to do...

Even though the check in was supposed to be at 14:00 we had to wait another 3 hours to get the room. The staff was not very helpful and they were rather answering the phone than paying attention to the guest at the reception. The room was ok for the price we have paid. Just one thing - we had only amenities for one person even though we were two.Concerning the breakfast, the buffet was quite rich, however nothing special. There was a very good choice of sweet things for those who love croissants etc for breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to help with any request. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar, a spacious terrace, and a comfortable living room. I especially loved the individual heating, ensuring I could adjust the temperature to my liking. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a hairdryer and a refreshing shower. The hotel also had a wonderful spa and wellness center, offering relaxing massages and a sun terrace to unwind.
I highly recommend this hotel to my friends. They will definitely enjoy the amazing location and the convenient facilities.

The best I like about the hotel was to see it disappear in my rear view mirrom when I left the plase!!
Hard to find, the address in gps does not fit with hotel location. It's in the middel of nowhere. Very rude staff, who spoke no or wery little English. Very dirty and smelly room. And I mean rude and dirty!! Hard like the floor bed. Noisy. Bad brekfast. My car had been sprayd down whit dirty water from the sprinklers on the parking spase. This is by far the worst hotel I ever have stayed in!!

Although its location was challenging to navigate, I did appreciate the peaceful environment that the hotel was situated in. the isolation allowed for a peaceful and quiet stay, which is something I really enjoy about taking vacations. I loved the complimentary Wi-Fi that was incredibly reliable and fast. the breakfast options were fantastic, including fresh pastries and a wide variety of meats and cheeses.
Despite making an effort to communicate in English, the language barrier created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
